This spaces is for women on any point of their motherhood journey. Whether you're local or international, new to Gdynia or rooted here for years, you belong here.
If possible, come solo. But if you need to bring your baby or child, know you’re welcome. Especially babies younger than one year usually feel quite comfortable with us.

Theresa Fend is a facilitator, community weaver, and mother to a little boy. She creates spaces for women to reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies and the strength of their inner voice, especially within the ever-evolving journey of motherhood. Her work draws from somatic practice, regenerative culture, and archetypal frameworks of feminine leadership.
