Three local Fremont mothers have come together to organize this important event focused on suicide awareness and mental health support. The goal is to provide awareness, resources, guidance, a strong sense of community for those struggling or supporting loved ones through difficult times, and remembering those we have lost. With mental health challenges at an all-time high, we are committed to helping those in and around our community access the support they need. This family-friendly event will include:
• Informational tables with mental health and substance use resources
• Small services available for donation (face painting, nail services, hair services, etc).
– proceeds will benefit local mental health and community support organizations
• Guest speakers sharing personal stories and professional insight
• Food, fun, and community connection

We’ll kick off the day with a community walk leading to Birchard Park. Participation in the walk is encouraged, but not required — feel free to meet us directly at the park if you prefer!
