Come join the fun! We offer FREE monthly community gatherings for parents and babies under 12 months. Sessions are facilitated by Sandy Parker, a certified postpartum movement educator who will give parents a functional yoga practice to support their recovery.
Local specialists in breast feeding, baby wearing, and others will also make guest appearances to for help with baby's development.
All while singing, moving, grooving, and having a circle of women to support your parenting journey!
