Mommy & Me Yoga

Come join us for a fun and relaxing yoga session with your little one! This event is a great opportunity for moms to bond with their children while also practicing mindfulness and relaxation through yoga. Remember, it's perfectly fine if your baby needs to eat, sleep, or fuss during the session! This class is all about flexibility, both in our bodies and in our approach to the practice.

Location: Surprise Community Farms Park (near the jungle gym & splash pad)

No prior yoga experience is needed, just bring you a yoga mat/towel and a blanket for your kiddo! We can't wait to see you and your little one there!
This class is best suited for pre-crawlers and pre-walkers but all are welcome!
