Mommy & Me Workout - Built To Bloom x Children's Planet

Get ready for some fun and fitness with Built To Bloom and Children's Planet! This in-person event is perfect for moms with kids of all ages. Allow your children to play and explore while you get your sweat on. This 30-minute, full body workout is suitable for beginners, pregnant, and postpartum (6+ weeks) moms. Come enjoy some "me-time" while your kids get some energy out too.

Ticket includes: Admission for (1) adult + (1) child and a postworkout beverage from the coffee bar. Play passes for additional children can be added on at the door the day of the event. Play passes are valid for the entire day, so feel free to stay and mingle with other moms after the workout!

All workout equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer. Shoes are not premitted in the play area, so please bring grippy socks for all adults and children attending (or socks are available for purchase at the door).
