Weeeeeee.... its a Mommy & Me PJ slumber Sound bathe with Anzela & her little, Stella Rae!

Finally we have a kids event for us all to come and chill together, with the intentions for preparing for a good nights sleep! Jump into your Pjamas and come slumber in after entering the Buddha Bella kids friendly Sound Journey Fortress-- which will be pre-made using tapestries and twinkle lights. This event will be exciting and fun while the intention is to wind down and zen out together with your kiddos.

Kids can be ANY age... although we accept ALL kids, they must be able to come to an inward space, soon (10 minutes) after entering, for a calming and relaxing sound bath without engaging other kids in wild play. It will be a great way to teach a mindful practice and show awareness of sacred space (i.e. church), learning the etiqute of inward motion and holliness.

Anzela will lead the sound bath with a mildly interactive fairytale story which will help lead you all into a cozy relaxing mood preparing for bedtime and your most wildest dreams!

Looking forward to bringing this event monthly- with a sucessful first time!
