Mommy & Me Sound Bath (0-12 months)

Bring your little one and join us for a special 45-minute bonding experience just for caregivers and babies under 12 months. This unique pop-up class is led by Shannon French from Zen Diego Wellness, certified yoga teacher and sound healer. It is a heart-centered session that invites you to slow down, connect, and share in calming moments together with your little one. Gentle sound healing elements—like soft crystal bowls and chimes—create a soothing space for both you and your baby to relax and recharge. Sound healing can support babies' sensory development, nervous system regulation, and emotional bonding. All caregivers welcome!
