Mommy & Me Pelvic Floor & Movement Class

Hey mama! Come join us for some quality face-to-face fun with your little ones at our Mommy & Me class. It’s all about bonding, learning, and feeling supported. This is going to be a laid back event where new mama's can meet one another, gain helpful tools, and feel empowered in their motherhood journeys.

We want local moms to have a space where they can feel seen, connect with other new moms in our community, and learn tools to help them heal and embrace their incredible bodies after creating life.

What to expect:
The class will be taught by our Pelvic Floor Specialist, Raini!

-Mingle and introduction

-Pelvic floor/core information and fallow along

-Diaphragmatic breathing, pressure management, bracing

-Follow along exercises.

Children 2 and under welcome!
