8:45am - Arrive at The Super Dentists
9:00am - 30 min workout class with Fit 4 Mom
9:45am - 15 min talk and q&a with Dr. Kami Hoss
10:00am - 15 min talk and mindfulness with Brain Balance San Diego
10:15 - 15 min talk with Fit 4 Mom
☕️Treat yourself - Coffee + water will be provided!
