Struggling to find time for yourself? Come recharge, move your body, and maybe even break a sweat all while your little one plays, lounges, or joins in the fun. No yoga experience needed. Bring a yoga mat for yourself and a blanket for pre-crawlers to relax on. Enjoy a fun, rejuvenating practice that encourages connection with your child while giving your body the care it deserves. Yoga wraps up at 11am to give you extra time to play and socialize. Toys provided for the littles! Only the caregiver needs to register, registration covers you and your child(ren).
