A psychologist will guide you through fun, emotion-focused activities (like a gym for your feelings), while a culinary expert introduces you to the world of matcha with your own DIY matcha making experience.
Just a warm, relaxed space to explore, connect, reflect, and have fun - while trying new things! Come solo or with a friend, most people arrive not knowing anyone.
