Upside Events will host Mom Needs a Minute on Sunday, May 3, from 9 AM–12 PM, bringing together local fitness and wellness partners for a morning designed to give moms the break they deserve. The event features a high‑energy Dance Sculpt class, live DJ, mini wellness services, and a curated market of women‑owned businesses.
The day begins at 9:15 AM with a Dance Sculpt “Sculpt” class led by Jenny Muslin of Dance Sculpt HP, offering a rhythmic, total‑body workout set to live music. After class, guests can enjoy samples, treatments, and giveaways from partners including Face Foundrie, Curt’s Café, Onward Physical Therapy, The Beauty Library, Local Leaf Farm, Love That Spice & Teas, ENAZ, and additional wellness vendors.
