Join us for a heartwarming Mother’s Day gathering designed to celebrate, honor, and nourish the incredible mamas in our lives. 💛
This special Mom & Me experience invites you and your little one (or big one!) to slow down, move together, and create meaningful moments side by side. The class will be lovingly led by Liz, our studio owner, alongside her daughter, bringing an extra layer of authenticity, warmth, and connection to the experience.
We’ll begin with a gentle, playful partner-style yoga flow—focused on connection, laughter, and shared presence—perfect for all ages and experience levels.
After movement, we’ll transition into a hands-on creative ritual where each pair will craft your own custom epsom salt jars, choosing from a variety of essential oils and dried flowers to create a personalized relaxation blend—something mama can take home and enjoy long after the day ends.
To close, you’ll be guided into a peaceful sound bath, allowing both of you to fully unwind, integrate, and soak in the experience together.
This event is all about honoring mama—the one who gives so much—by offering space to receive, connect, and be celebrated. You’ll leave with full hearts, sweet memories, and a calming soak blend to support rest and relaxation at home.
