Mom’s Playground Workout and Playdate
Hey moms! Ready to mix a little fun with fitness? Join us outside at the playground for a casual workout session followed by some quality playtime with the kiddos. This workout will be led by a certifed prenatal/postnatal fitness instructor, childbirth educator, and mom of 2. The moves throughout the workout will focus on core strength and recovery and will be tailored to the postpartum and baby wearing population. Moms of all stages (including pregnancy) are welcome to come get a workout in and connect with others in a similar season of life!
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, water, something comfortable for baby to be in such as a carrier, stroller, or blanket, and toys or snacks to keep the older ones entertained! Reach out to Bri Rady at [email protected] with any questions.
