Join us for an extraordinary evening of fine dining and wine exploration Sunday, December 8th from 5:30 to 9:30 in the evening at SER Restaurant, as we bridge the flavors of Moldova with the rich culinary traditions of Spain. Our Moldovan Wine Tasting Dinner with Spanish Flair promises to be an indulgent experience that will tantalize your taste buds and transport you to two distinct corners of Europe.
Our enchanting dining venue will evoke the warmth of both Moldovan and Spanish cultures, with rustic accents and vibrant colors setting the stage for an evening of culinary delights and wine discoveries.
Guests will enjoy a five course menu prepared by award winning Chefs David Sierra and David Cardona exclusively for this event. Each course will be paired with the illustrious wines of Moldova. Throughout the dinner, Serghei Gulceac of Old Town Cellars, will explain the wines being served and discuss the winemaker's philosophy on using indigenous grapes throughout Moldova to produce some of the most high-quality wines in the world.

The culinary journey continues with a Moldovan wine pairing featuring Motive Feateasca Alba White dry, 2023. This wine is crafted from 100% Feteasca Alba grapes, an indigenous Moldovan variety.

The centerpiece of the evening arrives, accompanied by the exquisite Aurore Feteasca Neagra & Tempranillo Red dry blend,2019. This blend features Indigenous Moldovan Feteasca Neagra grapes (51%) and Tempranillo (49%)

Marketing & Sales Manager Serghei Gulceac is a seasoned agribusiness marketing professional with wine industry experience in Moldova.
Stacy and Serghei carefully select their portfolio to reflect the diversity of particular wine regions and the native varietals that call them home. Old Town Cellars sources wine only from wineries that are fully committed to quality and sustainability standards from vine to bottle.
While all of the partner wineries produce award-winning wines of classic varietals, Old Town Cellars' portfolio places special emphasis on unique wines and blends crafted from regional and indigenous grape varietals. The selected portfolio of the company is known for quality wines that offer fresh flavors, balance, and great value to wine consumers.
