Class Experience
In this festive hands-on cooking class, students will learn to make traditional Yule Log cakes, a beautiful holiday dessert. Starting with a light, sponge cake, they’ll master techniques like cake rolling, chocolate ganache spreading, and decorative piping to transform their logs into snowy, rustic Yule masterpieces. With a focus on precision and creativity, this class provides all the skills needed to impress guests with a charming, seasonal dessert that brings warmth and sweetness to the holidays.

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
