DESCRIPTIONThe sun has reached its peak and these long days and late nights invite us to stay on, stay active, stay aware. Listen to your body and ask how it is responding to the length of days and to the bright sunshine. Take a break from doing in order to reflect on your needs and wants for the season. Let this sound bath reveal what you wish to revitalize and activate and what you wish to turn down and savor. Rest breaks are essential this (and any) time of year.

SETUP
Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
