About this Event
This, the peak of Leo season, reminds us to tap into our abilities to charm others, assert ourselves, and show courage. There is a great deal of power within the heart center to both show compassion and to extend strength from the internal, outward. This sound bath is a chance to tap into the heartspace, acknowledge the enlivening spirit that is there, and beam it out toward your own hopes and desires for the world around you. Courageous Hearts stand up for others, fight for what they believe to be good and true, battle hardship, and get through the day. So, whatever you're working with now, bring it, and empower yourself with community, breath, meditation and sound.

SETUP
Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
