This is a week-long, high-energy, hands-on experience where young musicians learn what it truly means to be part of a band. Campers rehearse and perform as a real rock ensemble, building essential skills while collaborating across instruments—guitar, bass, drums, keys, vocals, and horns—all contributing to a unified sound.
Students focus on core elements of band performance, including learning and arranging songs, developing grooves, understanding song structure, and listening as a group. They’ll explore how each instrument shapes the music while also engaging in the full creative process: choosing repertoire, improvising, rehearsing effectively, and building stage presence and confidence.
- PERFORMANCE - The camp concludes with a live performance for friends, family, and the community, showcasing their growth in musicianship, teamwork, and creativity!
More than a class, this is an immersive band experience that inspires confidence and a lasting love of making music together.
