Description
Join guest instructor, Britney Greenfield, for a Modern Dance Technique and Choreography workshop which will be perfect for students looking to learn and/or improve their modern dance skills. Students will be exploring musicality, fluidity, vocabulary, and lines as well as learning some choreography.
Instructor Bio:
Britney Greenfield is an Arkansas native with a lifelong passion for dance. She has shared her love of movement with students and adults alike with over a decade of teaching dance and performing since the age of 10. From this love she was able to choreograph for competitive students and also had the opportunity of putting together a show for university students. Britney honed her craft at Ballet Arkansas and furthered her studies at the University of Arkansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in dance.
Although her current career is in the oil and gas industry, Britney remains deeply connected to her dance roots. She cherishes every opportunity to return to the studio and share her passion with others. With her daughter now a student at Arkansas Circus Arts, Britney enjoys being actively involved, from watching her daughter perform to lending a hand with the tech crew during shows.
