Disposable nappies cost around $3,000 for just one child, while modern cloth nappies are significantly cheaper and can be used for multiple children.
Modern cloth nappies are fitted, easy to wash and come in cute designs. Using them will save you money and help the planet.
From 1 July 2024, the City of Stirling is offering a 50% rebate (up to a max $100) to residents who purchase or hire modern cloth nappies after attending a Modern Cloth Nappy workshop (T&C's apply, please visit our website).
This workshop is presented by Sara from Earthside Eco Bums, on behalf of the City of Stirling. Sara will demonstrate the different types of cloth nappies available, explain the benefits of each and how to make it easy for you to set up at home.
