Fire up your appetite in this fun hands-on cooking class where you’ll master comfort food favorites with a gourmet twist! Learn how to craft juicy Smashburger Sliders with a crave-worthy Special Sauce, then dig into creamy, cheesy perfection with Loaded Mac & Cheese. To sweeten things up, you’ll create irresistible Mini Cheesecake Cups—perfectly portioned and totally delicious. A class full of bold flavors, satisfying bites, and cooking skills you’ll want to use again and again!

Skills and Techniques Learned:
Smashburger Technique – mastering the high-heat smash for juicy, crispy-edged burgers.
Sauce Making – balancing flavors to create a signature “special sauce.”
Pasta Perfection – making a smooth, creamy sauce and incorporating mix-ins for loaded mac & cheese.
Mini Cheesecake Assembly – crafting individual cheesecakes with the right texture and presentation.
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
