About this Event
Join us for a rejuvenating moderate flow yoga class every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bloom Yoga in San Leandro, California. This class is perfect for those seeking to improve flexibility, build strength, and find balance in both body and mind.
Led by the experienced Rachel Lipton (teacher subject to change based on availability), our moderate flow yoga class combines mindful movement with breath awareness. You'll flow through a series of poses that challenge and energize, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.
All levels are welcome, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities and ensure everyone feels supported and comfortable.
