Modbury Hospital South Wing – Opening and Building Tours

Modbury Hospital is excited to share the opening of its new South Wing with the community. The South Wing includes a $92 million facility for a new 24-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit and a 20-bed Older Persons Mental Health Unit to be relocated from Lyell McEwin Hospital. Also included in the new building will be a new $25 million Modbury Hospital Cancer Centre.

Tours must be booked, and places are limited, so make sure you secure your spot!

Combined with the Tours will be a Community Open Day with free food, drinks and entertainment for everyone. Bring the family and be among the first to see the newest health facility in the State.

Please note the tours will be of a brand new clinical facility that will have clinical equipment and consumables in place ready to welcome out first patients. If you are planning to tour with children, please ensure they are under your supervision and within arms reach at all times.

Free and accessible parking available in the Modbury GP Plus Super Clinic carpark, access via Hatherleigh Ave.
