Hello everyone, my name is Julio Cesar and I will be hosting a look and learn on a haircut I find very fun and trendy at the moment. It's a Mod Cut, a low maintenance style that gained popularity in the 1950s and 1960s particularity within the British Mod subculture. Layered and textured internally with the external length tending to be shattered or wispy. I have been doing hair professionally for over 10 years now and I enjoy sharing my knowledge of the craft with anyone else in the hair industry.
