Join Tiger-Rock Martial Arts for a specialized Women’s Self-Defense Workshop dedicated to personal safety and mental focus. This event is deeply personal to our team, and we are proud to support MOCSA in their mission to assist survivors of sexual abuse.

100% of your $15 registration fee is donated directly to the MOCSA fund.

This high-energy, 90-minute session is designed for women of all fitness levels. We move beyond theory to give you practical, life-saving skills:

• Situational Awareness: Identifying and avoiding threats before they escalate.
• Cunning skillsets: Cunning techniques designed to be effective towards people bigger than you!
• The Mastery Mindset: Building the confidence to act under pressure.

REQUIRED STEPS FOR ATTENDEES:
