About Your Host
Monika is a Calgary-based yoga teacher and facilitator with a passion for creating meaningful, accessible experiences that bring people together.
She has a Business Administration background from Germany and international experience living in Spain and Australia, giving her a grounded yet expansive perspective.
Over the past decade, Monika has been hosting retreats, outdoor yoga sessions, women’s circles, and team-building workshops for companies in Calgary. Her approach blends gentle movement, breathwork, and community connection in a way that feels both supportive and uplifting.
She’s excited to welcome you into this special experience.
