During this beginner-friendly class, we’ll whip up two delicious mocktails that have the complexity and aesthetics of a cocktail, minus the booze.
Your Mixologist and Holistic Nutritionist host will show you how to use specialty and everyday ingredients to create complex mocktails. You'll learn the health benefits of featured herbs and superfoods and how to use them in future concoctions.
Each ticket purchase includes a shipped ingredient kit for an easeful and fun experience.

Damiana 'Margarita': Unleash the tropical vibes with a blend of damiana syrup, a natural mood enhancer, combined with zesty lime and a splash of pinapple sweetness. Let the soothing vibes transport you to a serene beachfront paradise without a drop of alcohol.
Spiced Ginger Lemon Drop: Ignite your senses with the invigorating fusion of spicy ginger, tart lemon, and a hint of spices. This sophisticated mocktail will tantalize your taste buds with layers of flavor, proving that Dry January can be just as thrilling as any other month.
Included in the class:
- Shipped ingredient kit. US shipping only. Kits include 1 serving of the mocktail recipes.
- Live 1 hour session and access to recording for 2 weeks after the session.
- 2 recipes cards of featured mocktails.
How it works:
-Lila will host a 1 hour live session.
-Participants will learn mixology techniques and flavor combining concepts. Your host will guide you through making two mocktail recipes. You’ll learn the health benefits of featured superfood and herbal ingredients.
-You'll provide your shipping address with your ticket purchase to recieve your ingredient kit.
- If you can't make the live session, no worries! The workshop will be recorded and provided to attendees the day after the session.

About the instructor:
I'm Lila! I am a Certified Nutrition Consultant and workshop facilitator based in Oakland, California. I bring joy and connection to people around food and nutrition through my Public and Corporate Workshops. I love making nutrition and culinary information easy to understand and fun to learn through my recipes and instruction style.
I've been hosting food and beverage classes since 2012 with thousands of participants all around the world. I also work with companies like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon to bring team-bonding and wellness into the workplace.
