While you may confuse mobility with flexibility or stretching, there’s more to it than that! Flexibility and stretching involve lengthening your muscles, while mobility takes it one step further.
Mobility training optimizes movement and performance by increasing the range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles. When you’re more mobile, you can train harder, recover faster, prevent injury and perform better!
Margaretha will take you through a series of mobility exercises building up to a dynamic flow that will assist you in increasing overall natural movement and capability.
This workshop takes you through a 2-hour class designed to increase your body to spatial awareness; Improve stability, strength and stamina to compliment your yoga practice.
A Great Core stabiliser that will also help with your yoga practice.
