Mobility & Movement Workshop, Reservoir Recharge Wellness Weekend Series

Join this mobility and movement fitness session designed to bring ease to stiff joints and tight muscles through controlled movement as part of the Recharge Wellness Series 2026 with the DC Reservoir District. You’ll encourage your nervous system and muscles to work in tandem with bodyweight movements. The session can help you boost athletic performance and reduce injury risk, all while enjoying views of Reservoir Park. 

The series is curated by Whitney Stringer PR & Wellness Events and offers a variety of free health and wellness sessions led by local fitness experts, studios and organizations.
