Ko wai tatou? Who are we together?

Discover your role as an ally. Learn how to share and grow collective power within your organisation and actively sponsor change.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts have historically focused energy and resources on supporting and empowering underrepresented and marginalised groups to achieve more equitable outcomes in a working system that is not setup for them to succeed.

An ally is often defined as someone who is not a member of a marginalised group but wants to support and take action to help others in that group. Allyship in the workplace is crucial for inclusion and equality.

In recent years, an increased understanding of the powerful impact of male allies at work and at home has led many organisations to recognise men as allies as a critical component of their diversity and inclusion efforts. Men who are allies for colleagues are crucial partners in achieving gender equality. Without that partnership, it’s much harder to address the barriers and inequalities that women and other underrepresented groups face.

This is a journey we’re all on together and this programme is designed to unite everyone around a common goal, find their why in this mahi and commit to making a difference for themselves and others.

Our co-facilitated signature programme, Mobilise is the first of its kind in Aotearoa, New Zealand specifically designed for men.

We bring men together to cultivate their inclusive leadership presence, learn the art of allyship and mobilise a community of inclusive leaders inside your organisation to break down systems of bias and share power with others.
