MO River Spin Jam – Spring 2026Join us by the river for the MO River Spin Jam, a welcoming community gathering centered around movement, music, and creative expression. We meet at Noren River Access in Jefferson City, Missouri to connect, flow, and enjoy an evening together by the water.
These jams primarily focus on fire flow arts—including fire hoop, poi, staff, and other props. Impromptu skill sharing, mini classes, and community games are also known to pop up throughout the evening as people gather and share what they know.
Fire safety is important. Anyone planning to spin fire should wear fire-safe clothing (natural fibers such as cotton, denim, wool, or leather) and avoid synthetic fabrics. For safety and organization, there will be one designated fuel station administered by the MO Movement & Music crew.
This is a judgment-free, come-as-you-are space built on community, creativity, and good vibes. Participate as much or as little as you like—there’s absolutely no pressure.
