From the 13th–16th of December we’re heading back into the Drakensberg for one of its most spectacular routes: the mighty Mnweni. But this time, we’re flipping the script and doing it in reverse. What does that mean for you? Shorter days, easier walking, and more uninterrupted mountain time to question your life choices in peace.The cost is R5,000 per person and includes quality gear, proper hiking meals (dinner, breakfast and the all-important coffee), permits, a shuttle from the Mnweni Cultural Centre to the trail head, and a guide who moonlights as a part-time comedian and full-time morale booster.
