4 week MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Fundamentals course for small group of beginners.

Our MMA Fundaments course is aimed at those new to combat sports training, or those wishing to return to training and willing to start with basic training.
You will learn:
- Techniques from Boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu
- Solo and partner training drills
- How to use training equipment safely
- Strength and conditioning exercises for MMA
No previous experience is required and attendees can work at own pace during any exercises.
