MLK Volunteer Day at Willow Waterhole

Join us this MLK Jr. Day for a community day of service at Willow Waterhole!

Volunteers will take on a variety of park improvement projects that keep our green space healthy and welcoming. This hands-on event is a great way to honor Dr. King’s legacy through community action and stewardship.

All ages are welcome. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm! Tools and supplies will be provided, and volunteers are expected to wear closed-toe shoes and bring water and sun protection.

Come make a positive impact, meet new people, and help care for one of Houston’s most unique urban natural areas. We hope to see you there!
