About this Event
On behalf of the City of Toledo, we invite Human Relations Commission volunteers and community members to participate in a Living Memory Gathering™ as part of the Dr. MLK, Jr. Experience.
This one-hour, facilitated Gathering is designed to honor Dr. King's legacy by creating space for reflection, listening, and shared humanity. It is not a training, lecture, or discussion forum. Instead, it offers a guided opportunity to connect across lived experiences in a way that supports understanding, dignity, and community. No one is required to speak publicly or share personal information.
This Gathering recognized that the work of human relations is rooted not only in policy and service, but in relationships and the stories that shape how we show up for one another.
We hope you will consider joining us for this reflective and meaningful experience.
