Toledo Lucas County Public Library welcomes all to our concert series, Live at the Library, a series featuring musical talent as they tour the country. This January we welcome Chloe Kimes.Michigan-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Chloe Kimes is redefining Americana with heartfelt storytelling, folk harmonies, and alt-country energy.
