This informative session will provide you with the basics of the Federal HOME and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) program requirements. This training is designed for property managers, asset managers, developers, owners and other interested persons working in the affordable housing industry that want to learn and understand how to work with these programs and stay in compliance at your property.
During this session, you will learn not only the requirements of the HOME & HTF program, but we will discuss the differences and similarities between the programs.
In addition, class participants will gain the knowledge in understanding affordability periods and income requirements for both programs, understanding the PHFA monitoring and compliance requirements for both programs, and gain the insight to recognize the similarities and differences between the programs.
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Registration Fee: $129
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations received within two weeks of the date of the course or for registrants who fail to attend. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.
MLCM reserves the right to cancel the Workshop for lack of registrations. If this should occur, a full refund will be made. However, MLCM is not responsible for any related costs. MLCM will inform registrants of this decision at least ten days before the course begins.
