For over 100 years the MLAA has been comprised of industry lenders, brokers, lawyers and associated members of the mortgage lending community. The Mortgage Loans Association of Alberta is committed to creating and maintaining an active and leading role in advancing the mortgage lending industry in Alberta. The MLAA mandate has been to lead in the creation of an environment that generates dialogue and collaboration in co-operation with mortgage lenders, consumers, the legal community, governing bodies, legislators, and the mortgage and real estate brokers and agents.
