Join the CKAA Manager’s Key Council (MKC) for “Let’s Talk 4-Real,” an interactive Round Table experience focused on honest conversations, idea sharing, professional growth, and the evolving expectations of the multifamily industry.
For the FIRST TIME, this event is open to ALL onsite office staff — not just managers!
Whether you’re in leasing, administration, resident services, management, or leadership, this event is designed to bring multifamily professionals together for real-world discussion around communication, recruiting, leadership, workplace culture, technology, and industry challenges facing onsite teams today.
This is not a lecture-style event. Participants will engage in rotating discussion tables designed to encourage collaboration, idea sharing, and meaningful conversation with industry peers.
