This hands-on guided experience will explore the balance of citrus, sweetness, smoke, spice, and spirit while introducing guests to the unique characteristics of both tequila and mezcal.
Throughout the evening, guests will:
• Learn the fundamentals of building a perfectly balanced Margarita
• Explore tequila and mezcal flavor profiles and production styles
• Experiment with fresh ingredients, flavored variations, salts, and garnishes
• Learn professional shaking, preparation, and presentation techniques
• Use professional bar tools alongside the Alibi bar team
• Create their own personalized Margarita based on their preferred flavor profile
• Class is capped with a round of cocktail trivia while you sip your personally crafted cocktail
• Swag to take home
