About the Instructor: Ralph J. Conti, CCIM, CRRP,CDP
Mr. Conti founded Ra Co Real Estate Advisors ,LLC in January 2009 and has some 45 years experience in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to founding Ra Co Mr. Conti was a senior development executive at Homart Community Centers, Kimco Realty, Glimcher Realty, North American Properties and Developers Diversified Realty(DDR). Mr. Conti has been involved with well over 30 million square feet of retail and mixed- use development. In addition, Mr. Conti served as a lead instructor for ICSC Riordan School of Development and University of Shopping Centers, he is an active member of CCIM, ICSC, ULI and holds a Georgia Real Estate Brokers License.
