Payment
• We’ll be using DUPR for scoring, so all tournament players must be registered on the DUPR app.
• Once your spot is confirmed, you must pay in "advance to secure it.
• E-Transfer only. you must be 100% committed to attending.
• NO cancellations will be allowed.

• Please note: "NO REFUND" will be issued. This is because we book the venue upfront and rely on committed Players.
• Final Confirmation
• After we receive your payment, you’ll get a final confirmation message from an admin team.

For all upcoming tournaments, competitors aged 20 and under are eligible for a 50% discount on regular tournament fees, strategically implemented to foster the growth and engagement of emerging pickleball talent.

Rules for 12-Team Round Robin Format
Game Format:
Each team will play one game within their group against every team in their "GROUP" There will be TWO GROUPS (A & B) and each group will have MAX of SIX OR SEVEN teams (will see more info. when Schedule is OUT.
Please NOTE PICKLEHEADS GTA reserve the right the change the FORMAT of the games as it all depends on the total teams participating.
NOTE: PICKLEHEADS GTA reserves the right to modify the game format based on the total number of participating teams.
GROUP LEVEL Matches Play: played to 11 points, win by 2.
PLAYOFFS: QRT, SEMI & FINAL played to 15 points (win by 2.)
Scheduling:
Games will follow a set schedule. Teams must arrive 30 minutes before the tournament starts (11AM & 2PM) as there are TWO different LEVEL tournaments taking place). Late arrivals may forfeit their game.
Scoring and Standings:
Teams earn 2 points for a win, 1 point for a loss, and 0 points for a forfeit. Group standings are based on total points. Tiebreakers include head-to-head results, point differential, and total points scored.
Advancement:
After the "GROUP" stage, the top 4 teams from each GROUP will advance to the knockout phase quarterfinals. From there, 4 teams will advance to the semifinals, and two teams will proceed to the finals. Teams will be seeded based on their standings.
Conduct and Sportsmanship:
Players must respect referees, opponents, and tournament staff. Unsportsmanlike behavior, such as excessive arguing or delaying matches, may result in penalties or disqualification.
These simple rules ensure smooth gameplay and a fun experience for everyone.
