MiX is not not networking for women.
Skilled pros, artists, artisans, solopreneurs, small business owners, and people working or volunteering in human services, education, the arts, and beyond—you belong here. Plan to come solo; MIX is designed for meeting new people, and we've learned it works best that way.
The details:
- Free admission; advance registration required. Spots are very limited.
- Doors at 6 p.m.; please arrive no later than 6:45 p.m.
- MIX is a 21+ event.
- Each guest covers their own tab and tip.
- No sales pitches, network marketing, soliciting, or recruiting is allowed.
THIS MONTH: MiX will be held at Bebee's on the Square, the restaurant and event space overlooking downtown's Lafayette Square. Should be a lovely evening!
About MiX: MiX is a casual monthly gathering where adult women of all ages and backgrounds meet new people, trade ideas, and build connections.
MiX is designed to connect people who don't feel like they fit into the more traditional networking events or organizations in town, but who are looking to meet cool, smart women doing cool, smart things.
Over two years of hosting MiX, we've noticed that guests who come with a friend tend to spend the evening with that friend—and we've never seen it go any other way. Coming solo is required because it gives you the best shot at walking away with someone new in your corner.
