About this Event
Start 2026 the right way — being out, being social, and surrounded by great people. If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to get out more, meet new people, and say yes to fun experiences, this event checks that box immediately.
This is our signature kickoff event, designed to bring people together at the very start of the year. Whether you’re brand new to Meetup or a longtime member, this night is always a highlight — relaxed, welcoming, and full of easy conversation, laughter, and connection. It’s the perfect mix of socializing without pressure.

What to expect:
- Hosted welcome. Our team will greet you, introduce you around, and make sure you’re instantly plugged in.
- Games. Mingle your way through a live, social trivia hunt—ask fellow guests for clues, swap answers, and uncover fun facts about NYC history as you go. Meet a ton of people naturally, and win prizes while you’re at it.
- All-night flow. The game runs throughout the party so you can sip, chat, and play at your own pace.
- Great crowd. A friendly mix of NYC locals and members who love to connect in a relaxed, stylish setting.

FAQS:
How many members will attend? This is a multi-Meetup group event. Based on other RSVPs and members who have already prepaid, we'll have a good amount attending!
Can I come alone? Yes about 90% of those attending will be coming solo. But you can also invite friends to join you. Everyone must have a ticket to enter.
What is the suggested age range? 21 and over. (20s, 30s, 40s, etc.) We get a good mix of ages so everyone will have others to mingle with.
Is there a dress code? We recommend neat casual. No sweats. Jeans ok.
