The word ”Mitos” is connected to the expression “Ariadne's Thread”, the tangle, which
according to Greek Mythology, Ariadne gave to Theseus to get out of the Minotaur's
labyrinth. Nowadays, it means anything that helps in solving a difficult problem.
In this art therapy workshop, we will use the power of “Mitos”, to unlock our personal
narrative through storytelling and artistic expression.
About the instructor:
Liana Anastasiadou is a teacher in AAS College, a collage artist and an instructor who is
mostly interested in lighting up the sparkle of creativity through inclusive workshops. She represented ForMe Network at the training program “Art of Empowerment: Creative Therapies for Youth Support”, held in Funchal, Madeira, from January 17 to 23, 2024.
