BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EVENT::
We will be meeting up at the Missouri Botanical Garden for a walk and group hunt for certain plants! Come on out and enjoy some time in the gardens
LIABILITY WAIVER: Friendly reminder that it is required to sign the e-waiver before attending your
first Women Who Explore event. Please sign on an annual basis. Link here:

• Water
• Snacks
• A method of payment for the botanical garden entrance.
ALL EVENTS:
** PLEASE NOTE: Ambassadors are not wilderness first aid certified. This is a casual get together
for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please plan accordingly.**
EVENT GUIDELINES FOR SICKNESS:
Please be mindful of other members attending the events. If you have developed cold or flu-like
symptoms leading up to the event, please cancel your spot in Eventbrite and notify the ambassador
hosting the event.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100% committed to attending
when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to attend, please cancel as soon as
possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the
event as this allows other women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
