Join Five Valleys Audubon for a five hour late day field trip to the Ninepipe area in the Mission Valley to look for Short-eared Owls and attempt to observe the male Short-eared Owl courtship display, often called "sky dancing", which involves wing clapping and vocalizing.Reservations are not required for this field trip.
Meet the field trip leader at 4:00 pm in the Missoula College parking lot, 1205 E Broadway. We will return to Missoula after dark.
