A day of 30k Horus Heresy gaming with two teams of Loyalists vs Heretics. Prepare yourself for another mission to Memlock, the battle for the moons reached a bloody stalemate, but with both sides gaining reinforcements the battle for Memlock itself hots up.
Bristol Vanguard are running their annual Horus Heresy event, with 3 games of 2,500 points being played over a single day on the 18th July.
Taking inspiration from the journal missions, the Memlock missions will combine both end of turn and end of game scoring to reward balanced army building and fun lists.
Vanguard run our 30k events with an expectation (if not outright encouragement) that newer players to the system attend as a way to ease into the 30k event scene, this means that whilst having a fully painted army is highly recommended, it is not a prerequisite for the event.
Keeping in mind that there may be some newer players in attendance we plan 3 hours for each game to be completed, with timings able to be adjusted should games finish earlier.
