The ultrasound examination and the use of Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) are essential diagnostic tolls in medecine.
The event will be consist of
- Introductory lesson about sonography and POCUS, with a focus on neck US and its regional anatomy
- Practical ultrasound training and demonstration of a POCUS
- Quizzes to test your knowledge
The event is mainly designed for students of year 1, 2 and 3.
Planning of the day:
- Doors open at 10:00
- Introductory lesson: 10:30-12:10
- Interactive session for italian participants: 12:10-14:10
- Interactive session for english participants: 15:30-17:30
The event will take place in Via Festa del Perdono 7, aula 515 e 517
